McBee Community Food Bank (McBee, S.C.)
Groceries made available for those who qualify in the local area.  Groceries are distributed on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Community Food Bank.
 
McBee Ministerial Association (McBee, S.C.)
Monetary assistance available for those who qualify to help pay utility bills.
 
Presbyterian Agency for the Developmentally Disabled (Florence, S.C.)
A community based residential community for the developmentally disabled.
 
Adopt a Family at Christmas (McBee, S.C.)
The church adopts disadvantaged families so they may be able to celebrate the joy  of Christmas with gifts for the entire family.
 
Thornwell Home for Children (Clinton, S.C.)
Over 100 children who are coping with life issues receive care based on sound Christian principles in a warm cottage atmosphere staffed by Family Teachers dedicated to providing the finest in Christian development.
 
Operation Christmas Child
Shoeboxes stuffed with toys distributed worldwide by Samaritan's Purse.
 
Christmas Joy Offering
Assistance programs provide support to retired and active PCUSA church workers for their spouses and families.
 
"Souper" Bowl
Canned food and financial contributions collected on Super Bowl Sunday and donated to the McBee Community Food Bank and McBee Ministerial Association.
 
Mission to Trinidad
Christy Moody, RN, a member of McBee Presbyterian Church, joined other nurses, doctors, dentists, and teachers from McBee, Hartsville and the surrounding area on a short term medical mission trip to Trinidad.  The team screened and provided medical care, medicine, and health care education to those living in poverty in Trinidad. 
Robert DeFee (pharmacist) and Kirby Wayne (telecommunications) travelled to Trinidad in early 2009 to work on construction projects.
 
Dental Mission to Equador
Michael DeFee DDS, a member of McBee Presbyterian Church, volunteers his time and expertise to serve impoverished people in Equador. Through short term mission trips, Dr. DeFee along with other dentists is able to bring quality dental services to those who don't have access to dental care.
